How do I make an order?

Please contact me to submit an order. You can contact me on this page, text, email, phone calling, direct message on IG, or in person. I can also sign you up to order through the West Coast Beauty website.

You will then be required to make the payment before the order is shipped out.

How can I pay for an order?

We can accept credit cards, bill payments with online banking, business cheques or cash is accepted at the showroom locations.

How long does shipping take?

Orders should arrive within 2 business days. During holidays please ensure you order up to 3 days in advance.

What if I receive a damaged or incorrect product?

Please contact me within 1-2 days from when you received the order to inform me of the damaged item or an error with the order.

Please ensure that you are reviewing your invoice with the order received to ensure it is correct.

How do I make a return?

Please contact me directly if you have any questions about returns, exchanges or warranties for electrical products.
